Open Question: Another Lance Yudkin, LuxSport Motor Group Happy Customer?
Greetings, Today, I realized the important of having the right Broker to find you a car. Usually I thought, why go through brokers when you can buy the same cars with little price differences here and there. Lance Yudkin Owner and president of LuxSport though me different. After being picky on every single car he found me, he patiently took his time and found the cleanest gem in the market. Pictures will be on their way soon. It's been raining here non-cease and camera batteries are every out. I took delivery of my new to me BMW today and I can only thank him for this. I can not express my happiness with my purchase, his services etc... Everything went as smoothly as possibly, he was very reachable through text, e-mail, calls and never did I have problems with him. I don't want to post any links to his website or E-mail since he is not a sponsor, but by a quick google search you will find him easily. I highly strong Lance as a broker for any nice of car you want. P.S. Ian from A-AAAA car Transport along with Lance, found me a quick shipper. Ian decided not to make any money on this shipment, just so I could receive this car to me asap. I'm already ready to give Lance and Ian new business for a new car. Overall, I saw fit to thank Lance Yudkin from LuxSport and Ian from A-AAAA car Transport personally. I highly suggest their business and they have earned my business for every single car I receive from now on. Anyone else have great experience with this dealer? Please share your thoughts.

Open Question: Does New York need Lebron more than he needs them?
I hear people say Lebron will go to Knicks in search of a very big contract and more advertisements. However even in a tiny market team like Cleveland Lebron is easily making most money in advertisements. With Shaq 21 mil a year contract running out even if Cavs pay Lebron 7 million more he will earn 25 mil a year. I think in the end New York needs him more than he needs New York. Even if Knicks signed Bosh or Stoudemire they would still need Lebron to make them a championship contender. While Wade is good he does not have the passing skills or anticipation like Lebron to make his team better around him and they would need that because Knicks dont have a good point guard. Also even if he left Cavs they could sign a D-Wade, or Chris Bosh, or Stoudemire and still be as just good or better than a NY team that added Lebron and Bosh or Stoudemire.

Open Question: Non-Profit Organization, Profit/Tax & Legalities / and can I start an "Institute"?
Am I legally allowed to set-up a learning "institution" of my possess creation, in order to tutor my many year of expertise in a subject? Story below…. I am a Civil Engineer with a long background of Low Impact Development (cover) design-experience, knowledge, and research. I have a true passion for the work involved. I would like to create a few seminars and 'tutor' these cover techniques to people. I would charge each person a certain amount to attend the "training" to make an income for myself. I would do this for-profit and personal gain, at the same time spreading the good-word of cover. I would like to call it the "Low Impact Development Institute." Can I call myself an "institute?" Not from an is-it-available standpoint; more from a legal use of the word “institute” standpoint. For additional personal-income for myself, I would also work with local watershed associations, stream organizations, neighborhoods, getting paid through some of their grant-programs for my consultations. And possibly provide some engineering services to private citizens and organizations with flooding and stormwater problems. So there would be lots of avenues of income coming into the "Institute." I would think that a non-profit entity-formation would be best for me, to give the “cover Institution” some credibility, and to receive community grants to fund some local projects to receive the name out there…but CAN I use a Non-Profit if I intend to make money. The “Mission” of the ‘cover Institute’ would be to : "--Educate professionals and the public in the benefits of utilizing Low Impact stormwater management techniques, and to consult and assist in community stormwater management reclamation projects.--" Can I do the “teaching” and every these other things below a single non-profit organization, or would I have to break it out? ...even though I am going to earn a decent income from it? Can I take a salary from a non-profit? It doesn’t seem like I could. But I betthe CEO of the Salvation Army gets paid well. Can I use a non-profit to make my salary? Can I use "grant money" as salary-money? Can I set-up my possess “institute?”

Open Question: Financial Adviser or Nutritionist or...?
So I took the smart path in life and took time off from college. I am going back to college because I want a good career to help support my family and one that I like. I find it so difficult to decide what I want to major in. So far this is what I have arrive to. I adore art which was making me lean a little towards graphic design, but I'm not sure I want to go that way. It seems like a very low in demand career, and a lot of the careers available in that field are clientele based which I'm not a big fan of. I really like budgeting my money and my families. I adore thinking about mutual funds and making more of my money and I would adore to help other people build their money too. This brought in the idea of being a financial adviser. The other thing I adore is nutrition. I like to be a healthy person and I want to help my kids be aware of what they are eating and how to stay healthy. With these careers I think they are a little more in demand in an economy like we are in now.I want to pick a career that will give me a pretty good earning, I am now a single mom of two and I want to be able to offer them opportunities in life. Any advice on how to make a better choice in choosing my career? Also, I would adore to find out what salaries range in these professions. No degree yet =( Just starting back to college

Why the hell work for some A HOLE? I just want to ask this question. I'm a 28yr old female. I have a degree but i've simply walked outta jobs if the boss is an A hole, I take no prisoners in this respect, No siree. Last job lasted 3weeks. In an accounts firm. Boss was a fat bellied chavist pig, who had bad breath, stared at my breasts and was patronising toward every the lady in the company. I thought not for me sunshine. I told him up striaght what i thought. The work was monotony and the pay was just ok for it. Now i've set up my possess cleaning company, i work in it myself and my pal. We live with our moms. I have a fabelous room with a walk in wardrobe, a flat screen tv, a sloucy sofa and an enviable wardrobe of designer gear. I work Mon - Thursday, 9 - 10 hour days, cleaning toilets, scrubbing out skanky ovens and worse. I prefer it to working for some b.astard. What do you think? Granted the moneys not great, i earn £300 take home per week, and its horrendously tough work, but isnt it better than working for some fat ***?

Open Question: single mum money problems advice please!!?
I am a single mum working part time and studying to be a teacher. My partner left a year ago leaving me to pay the rent and mortgage on our shared ownership propoerty, as well as everything else. I earn £370 a month and receive £600 in tax credits, but this doesnt cover what I need to pay out as well as food, travel etc...i have a loan i took out several years ago when I was in full time employment which is £140 a month but the bank wont reduce my payments despite my income dramatically reducing. There is literally no time for me to take on additional work as I study full time three days a week and work two.I cant work weekends as I have no-one to care for my son and Im so overwhelmed by the stress of not having enough money to pay everything. I tried to claim, housing benefit on the rental portion of my property but they told me im only entitled to £30 a week towards it-my rent is £460 a month so not even half. I dont know what else to do and Im scared that sick end up loosing my flat and being made homeless. If anyone has any advice that would be fantastic thankyou yes I already receive £80 a month child benefit, ive checked and theres nothing else im entitled to i dont even qualify for free school meals for my son as I work part time so cant claim income support getting evicted is surprisingly difficult and they put every the legal fees on top of your mortgage debt which you still may have to pay back, plus the council where i live are drastically overcrowded, waiting time for a property is 12 months plus for emergency cases which would mean a hostel and in my area thats a pretty horrific experience and not one I can put my son through i would adore nothing more than to sell my property, it has caused me nothing but stress, but i cant afford the legal fees and the market is very slow at the moment so even if i find the money for vaulation fees, solicitors etc it doesnt guarantee that anyone will actually want to buy it!!!

Open Question: Will my dad be able to tell if I get my lips enhanced?
This sounds like such a juvenile question, I realize...but basically I've been looking into getting permanent dermal fillers for my lips- just having them slightly enhanced it is a relatively inexpensive treatment that I am entirely capable of funding and is safe for the most part, also it would only last 6 months.. The catch is that I am 17, I know that I am 'too young' to be concerned with this sort of thing but I really don't look the hurt in it if it gives me a bit of a confidence boost. It would be paid for out of the money I earned myself, and would be carried out by a proffesional I have researched.. I can't look my Dad seriously objecting, but he would consider it shallow and superficial of me, for this reason I would prefer he didn't know I had gotten the procedure, and seeing as I am still in school and living with him, I am inclined to think he would notice.... what are your thoughts? I have full lips to start with, but they could be a little poutier and would just give me a confidence boost if done tastfully like I want.. opinions please! do you think I should go through with it?

Open Question: Did you see the news where they are thinking, or are going to, go back decades and make people pay old defaul?
defaulted loans, student loans, etc. That as you know, will hit the Vietnam Vets who could not receive jobs, etc. Thank God we had no Federal loans on anything, student or otherwise, nor ever did. I could not receive a job when I got out of college. Never had a problem getting work in my life until I went to college, suddenly, I cannot receive the work I had before and none that I went to school for after. Not only that, was not expecting to file for divorce, end up getting a divorce, (unexpectedly) and find I have absolutely no credit, no cash, no clothes, no nothing. Just a worthless degree. He took off and spent every the money. Expected ro arrive back. No. No thanks. Not never, no never. bad grammar and every. I ended up having to live in homeless shelters. No job. No money. Not eligible for disability. Never in my life had I had a crazy minute, or mental illness. Every time I took a job, even with no money for food, no cash, no where to live, student loan collectors descended. It didn't matter that I had only the clothes I was carrying. It did not matter that I had been assaulted and battered three times. It did not matter I had no food. They wanted that payment, first, before anything else. I had no income except what I made. I lived in a horrible hut with a tin and tarpaper roof, lizards, bats, rats, mice, no running water, making minimum wage or a dollar over, no toilette facilities except to pour water through. I worked part time and had to pay two payments a month on that student loan. The worthless student loan for which I worked really difficult to receive an education, I worked, I earned my degrees by the studying and sweat of my brown. I STUDIED, whether anyone else did or not. They would not let me work in the area I trained for, something I wanted to do every my life. Then when I giv e it up, I was forced to go back into it, against my will to pay the loan which comes before health, life, food. Then they trash ripped it off again. I am here, they stole everything again, except a few dollars of belongings. I think, IU am sure I have early CHF and diabetes developed since here, which they are lying about thinking I will be sent back and someone will collect big payments, a lawyer, again. I have not enough belongings for anything, it has sentimental value only. IF I sold it , it would not pay a bankruptcy attorney. Everything I have would not pay one. The darned lawyer I saw saw me long enough to legalize the info she had, then went to work for the state. I am out my career , which I did not want to go back into and which destroyed my health, my legs, lungs, teeth, guts, colon, but I was good and oculd have avoided poverty until I could pay off the bills and go part time. Now, I am sick. No insurance. They harass me to death. Have garnisheed the part of my income which meant dental, health. I am at 100 percent poverty level, cannot afford an attorney and the preprejudiced judge ripped off my money when the maggots who harassed me, stalked and harassed me out of my career, are the ones she is garnishing me for. I don't have the money for groceries let alone medical. They rip off my money and tell me to go on charity care. No. ;I want the judge and the attorney taken to court and I wqant the ones who stalked and harassed me with the intent to sue me to make me go back, and to pick up money off me for the special interest groups here, prosecuted for harassment with intent, reckless disregard for my mental and physical health. Stalking, harassing, invasions, criminal defamation and slander. I want my money back. I want them fired, disbarred. This is the last straw. Everything I did to avoid poverty in my old age, so that when I retired I could have something to do, some fun, some good diet, pretty clothes, normal weight, health insurance, they ruined, stole. They did it for speical interest groups. I have no church. The church, the denomination I was in, stole from me. They cared nothing about the living conditions I lived in, the hardship on the j ob, ruining my health. They took from me, and took from me. I tithed and more on that little income I had while I worked for half pay. I was not in nursing school. I graduated in good standing from nursing school. I am no longer a nurse. Twice due to nursings lies and discrimination, I lost my home, and health. Now this. Now when I am 63 years old, and have no one but my two kids, they rip off my icnome so that I cannot look a personal physician not connected with the thieving lying, stupid discriminating state who conspired to launder money off me to their special interests. I am not the thieving fraud. You who came back andc got college then could not receive jobs are going to be screwed again, just like we were. .

Open Question: Should I break up with him?
Please help.. I am really stuck with this. I have been with my boyfriend for over 1.5 years, and throughout this time he has been jealous, controlling and basically has made me absolutely miserable at times. To add to this we have been in a long distance relationship for the last 6 months, which has made this even harder as his jealous tendencies have become noticeably worse, he even sends me very ugly texts when I am out for a coffee with pal or so, and he requires I talk on Skype everyday for hours.. which is the result of arguments almost everyday. We live in our different home countries and as we are fresh graduates we are quite focused on our careers, and neither of us wants to move to the other person's country in the close future. There are other problems too... We look each other every 3 weeks for a weekend, however he earns much more money than me but is unwilling to help pay for flights to look him, so its becoming quite a burden on me financially. Also he never used to make an effort to think of something fun to do for both of us, and he never went out of his way for me which annoys and saddens me and can even be embarrassing when he doesn't give me anything for Xmas or my Birthday (he is Scandinavian and claims that its not tradition to give presents), but I can look lately that he has been trying and willing to change at least in the last few aspects. Despite every this we have had good times, we have many things in common .. he can be a very nice guy, I trust him 100% and I know he loves me dearly. It is also great between us when we are together as we look eachother so little and try and make the best out of it. However 90% of our relationship is now long-distance, and it has become as I have described over. However due to his negative behaviour I have stopped loving him, I just like him and I am becoming really nasty and mad when I have to sit down and chat on Skype after a long and tiring day at work.. We argue to the point of where I sob hysterically and I can physically feel that I am stressed out. I have become scared of even going out to the cinema with the girls as he gets suspicious and jealous, or when he calls on my phone I am already thinking.. "what wrong did I do this time?" as he usually suspiciously questions me for being 20 minutes tardy from work or so, and I'm scared of even picking up. I am not some wild child, just a normal girl and I would never cheat on him and I don't do anything to provoke him. I have told him many times that he is controlling and jealous and we have had countless arguments on the topic, and he claims that he is aware and is changing, yet I can't look anything. The bottom line is that my life has become quite miserable with him, my social life has gone down the drain, yet I am so scared of being single/being with someone who cheats on me/doesn't adore me. I keep seeing people cheating on their "loved ones" every around me and it really shocks me at how common this is. I know my boyfriend loves me to bits and would never do such a thing(I'm sure thats what they every say, but I honestly trust him), and I know this is quite rare. I am 25 and have not had much luck in adore before, always falling for the bastards... My mom always says that the common life goals and common interests can be more important than passionate adore, but I can't help wondering that at 25 there must be more to life than just giving up and staying someone who you "like". Please help me with this, what is your opinion?

Open Question: What is the average pay for someone joining the army?
My fiance wants to join the army. He did really well on his ASVABs and he has wanted to do this for a while. I support him entirely but we just signed a one year lease and right now he and I are both making good money working at a bank, but still just getting by. I'm concerned that he won't earn enough money for us to pay our bills if he joins and he keeps putting off finding out himself. I've read that it's a salary of like $14,000 but that seems nice of low. Just wondering what he would actually earn.

Open Question: Why is Test Drive Unlimited so fucked up? :(?
I bought Test steer Unlimited yesterday, and I know it is an old game. But there is no excuse for this: When I have a new race unlocked, then I have to steer to the race, which can take many, many minutes. The race is not unlocked in Class-order. it is not like that "first you complete every Class F, and then E, and then D." I have now class F races and class A races unlocked. I have to buy new cars every the time, but it is difficult to earn the money, so I have to do the same races again. But seriously, I am going to cease playing this. Is not there any other way to receive to the races then DRIVING to it? I know I can use the map, but I have to steer there at least once. CRAP! Is there something I have misunderstood, or is this game THAT lame?

Open Question: Google checkout tax outside but through US?
I'm from Hong Kong, not US resident. I must use merchant account in Google checkout but Google Checkout is US and UK only. So I use one of my friends' address to succeed in registering merchant account. I'll find a way to transfer every the money earned in this merchant to my Hong Kong account. Open Question: Living problems , going nuts.?
For the last few weeks i have decided i am sick off my life. I have no job, live with my parents and share a tiny room with my brother, no way of income, nothing to do. I am sick off it, my parents never gave me a good education or ever got a mortgage and live in a councils home. Too top it off we live in Dagenham Barking which is the 14th worst place to live in the uk. The unemployment rate is nearly 3 times larger the the Uk's national average of 4.8 per cent, many people like me are unemployed are between age 18 to 25 and i know why. When i look for jobs (5years now) every i receive is sorry no jobs available even places like tesco is full and not looking for new people. I used to look my best when applying for jobs, i was clean and neat and short hair but never any luck, in-fact i have only had 1 job interview in 5 years. I have many friends who are every the same expect only 1 pal was luck to receive a job at Woolworth's but then that closed down. I want to receive my possess place and move up north to norfolk were i will be with the relax of my family(the smart ones). How on earth do i receive help ? it seems after you hit the age off 18 no one cares, no one helps. I feel very depressed and i feel mad when i look people on TV with money and buying home's because i cant even receive a bloody job which i try so difficult. I may add that one of my friends is worst then me and had to go to rehab, i could follow down this road quite easy. I wish to receive a job which earns at least £800.00 a month so i can receive a mortgage on a share buy home. What can i do, i cant cant live here or find work and such a needy area. I have been trying for 5 years for a job. Please help. i tryed some job training program from the job middle, which not really helped much. The edcation here is very poorfor example most gcse fail. for the last 5 years there has only been 1 sucessfull year that left school which have not failed. that, and that was 3 years after i left.

Open Question: Why do people complain about latinos? They are extremely hard workers why so many people complain about them?
Latinos are difficult works accept a decent wage. They are cheaper than blacks and worker much harder than blacks. People complain about latinos taking too much welfare but in fact blacks take much more welfare and commit more crime. Yes Latinos commit crime too but atleast they take care of thier possess kids. So do south east asian they have gangs in Southern California. Latinos do dangerous jobs what whites and blacks wont do and cant do well as latinos if they can. Im not every crazy supporter of illegal immigrants but really latinos are better workers than whites and blacks on the construction zone. I hire legal workers but i chose no blacks and a few whites mainly polish, and eastern european, i dont pick Jews cause they are incapable of doing difficult labor. Blacks take to much breaks and snooze during work. I notice latin workers are polite and they are difficult workers. Some of the Asian workers are alright too. Although they can be short tempered and complain too much. I like the latin workers cause they dont complain, they work for thier money and they earn thier money.

Open Question: Would I be classed as a gambling addict?
I would say that I gamble about £10-£15 per week on football bets, but I can afford to, it is well within my finances. However, I am always thinking about my football bets because the potential of earning the winnings makes me every excited, and most of the time, I believe that I will win (although I have only ever won a few times). It makes the games that kick off at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon more interesting for me, and I do receive enjoyment from it. I believe that I was on the verge of becoming a bad gambler, as I contemplating placing £100 on Liverpool to beat Reading in the FA Cup this season (we drew 1-1 after 90 minutes). However, I was lucky enough to hear to my brain on this one and never actually put that bet on, THANK GOD!! But, I feel as though I would have kept having to place bets for big sums of money to recoup my losses if I would have went through with it, and more than likely go on a downward spiral with my finances.
